And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God [is] with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, [and be] their God. Rev. 21:3

Yes, friends, we are going to be leaving this plane someday! We are working to receive a new body a new life and a new place of worship, at the throne of God himself! Hallelujah!

But in thinking of that it comes to mind that we are in a constant battle now, here on this plane, and the outcome at times seems far from certain. Think about this: The one thing that all the great men and women of God had was faith. This faith was the certainty, the knowledge, and the understanding that all this life was a vapor. That NOTHING that happens in the natural realm here, not cancers, not war, not even death, matters in the Spirit realm. They are just tools or tests to be used to reveal your faith to others! We say "I have faith," but ask yourself this: "Does your faith REACT, or does your faith PROJECT?" One type hopes for a good outcome, one knows there is a good outcome, even WHEN THINGS and CIRCUMSTANCES say otherwise. Projecting faith reaches BEYOND circumstances and through to the end of the matter.  It reveals your character because you are able to have joy in struggle and the knowledge that this life will end, and you will be leaving to face the results of your efforts, regardless of what happens.

You do not have to win every battle to win the war! YOU JUST HAVE TO BE THERE AT THE END! The race is not to the swiftest, but to the righteous. Let your faith reach out. Learn what will NOT be in heaven with God and you will learn what you need to leave behind. Once you know that, regardless of how you are leaving you will know how to use your faith to see through to where you are going and when the time comes to leave, you will not be weighed down with this life but lifted by the promise of the next!
